1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted national courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and other reputed partners to ensure safe delivery. You'll receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order ships.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your shipment via the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting the My Orders section on our website.
5. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is unavailable for now. Stay updated about new regions by following our social media channels or subscribing to our newsletter.
6. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping applies to all prepaid orders above ₹599. Orders below this value or Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases may include a nominal delivery fee.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes only. Additional charges may apply. Please ensure correct address and availability to receive your order.
8. Delays or Non-Delivery
If your order is delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at skininsight.store@gmail.com. Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
9. Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with photos of the outer box and product. We’ll assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Address Changes or Incorrect Details
After order confirmation, the shipping address cannot be modified. Orders with incorrect details may incur re-delivery or return fees. Please verify your address before checkout.
