We want you to love your SkinInsight products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery · Condition: Unopened, unused, sealed & in original packaging · Proof: Order ID or receipt required

1. Eligibility

Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed with all original packaging.
Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Keep your order ID or receipt ready for faster processing.

2. Not Eligible

Opened or used personal-care items.
Gift cards or sale items.
Hazardous or personalised products.

3. How To Start A Return

Email us at skininsight.store@gmail.com with your order ID, product photos (sealed pack), and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and packing instructions.
Ship the item to:
SkinInsight Returns, Sector 32, 1104A, Bhutani City Centre, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

4. Damages / Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the packaging and product. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at skininsight.store@gmail.com.
